Services FAQ

Yes. All temperature-sensitive deliveries are marked during booking (Temperature Sensitive checkbox). Our couriers use appropriate thermal packaging to maintain cold chain integrity from pickup to delivery. We handle vaccines, insulin, biologics, and other cold chain products.

Our riders are trained on specimen handling protocols. Samples are kept upright, protected from extreme temperatures, and never mixed with other delivery categories. The PIN-verified handover system ensures only authorised lab personnel receive the samples.

When a delivery is created, the system generates a 6-digit Pickup PIN (given to the sender) and a Dropoff PIN (given to the recipient). The rider must collect the Pickup PIN to confirm collection, and collect the Dropoff PIN from the recipient to confirm delivery. This ensures the correct person receives every delivery.

Yes. Blood products can be booked through the platform and are flagged as urgent at booking. Our operations team prioritises these within the active delivery window. For very urgent requirements, contact us directly at hello@courimed.com or 08104085241.

Yes. Deliveries with a status of New or Confirmed can be cancelled from your dashboard. Once a delivery is In-Transit, it can no longer be cancelled. Cancellation charges may apply depending on your payment method — see our Terms for details.
